Totem Pole

If I were to carve a totem pole like Cole did in the novel I would probably choose to carve a bear, eagle, wolf, rhinoceros and a porcupine. I chose the bear for an animal I would carve a totem as because a bear usually only attacks when he needs to for things such as food or when it is under attack. For me I also am like that, I wont do something to someone else unless they have affected me in some way. I chose the eagle because I feel that the eagle is quite independent and does what it wants. I feel that I am also quite independent and I don't like being a follower I like being a leader. I also chose a wolf for my totem because wolves are usually in packs. I said I am somewhat like an eagle for my independence but I also do hang out with groups and my friends. I chose a rhinoceros because rhinos are big but they have padding on their feet so they can be quiet and sneaky. I feel that even though I am pretty big I can still be sneaky. For my last animal I chose a porcupine because porcupines don't like being touched so they defend themselves with their quails. I thought myself as a porcupine because I also do not like being touched and if people touch me I probably will hit them.
